A trilogy of movies
4 January, 2012Get ready for a big, busy and newsmaking 2012 for the three movies streaming out of the teachings and work of Swami Kriyananda!
As you may have heard, Swamiji has expressed a desire to pursue simultaneously the production of three films:
- The Answer, the first script he wrote, which is the story of his life based on his autobiography, The New Path;
- An Expanding Light the film on the Ananda community. The story of a journalist named Juliet whose life is transformed by the meeting with Swamiji and Ananda;
- And the movie about Master entitled Yogananda produced by Dharmic Pictures in California.
The energy being put forth for An Expanding Light, The Answer and Yogananda in the past three months has been extraordinary, as a quick visit to the websites shows.
Shivani and Nandini are working as executive producers in the simultaneous production of two films: Shivani has spent the past two months in Los Angeles producing the trailer for An Expanding Light and coordinating other activities in preparation for principal shooting in Summer 2012 while Nandini in Europe has been following the development of The Answer assembling a very experienced and winning team together.
Now, it’s about to really kick into gear.

è strano che capiti questa cosa… è parecchio tempo che cerco di avvicinarmi a voi e caso vuole che ogni volta che provo non trovo posto… e quindi rimando… anche questo ultimo Natale è successo… quindi ho rimandato ad un prossimo we per conoscere da vicino la vostra realtà.
Leggo ora la news della produzione del film: io faccio questo lavoro, lavoro nel cinema come location manager e casting da circa vent’anni e collaboro nell’organizzazione delle produzioni di cinema e tv che si spostano a girare in Romagna, ma non solo. A giorni sarà pronto il nuovo sito.
Non so se ci sarà la possibilità,ma in caso mi piacerebbe molto conoscere il progetto e valutare una collaborazione, magari nella parte itaiiana.
